Making the "Can I"s Work For You...

I have 5 kids.  The "can I"s get a bit overwhelming and expensive (especially with twin teenagers embarking on the dating world).  So I concocted this form, I have 20 printed out and the kids grab one when they want me to plan on their activity.  I get 10 chores out of them (that aren't already on their list) so for us it's a WIN-WIN for sure. Hope it works as well in your household.
